Counselling is here to help you find better ways of understanding yourself, make the changes you want to improve your mental health, well-being and explore things without being judged or advised what you 'should' be doing.

I can accommodate each client with their process, either you may feel you want to engage in counselling for as long as you require or may chose a specific amount of sessions to meet your goals.

I am a registered member of the Brisitsh Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical framework.
