You might be here because you’re looking for something more from your practice.

Perhaps you want to feel part of a professional community, without losing your independence. Maybe you’re looking for a space that reflects the quality of your work – somewhere calm, well-held, and aligned with how you want to practice.

You may be an experienced therapist, or someone who facilitates training, group work, or structured programmes, and you’re looking for an environment where that work can be offered in a way that feels contained, professional and respected.

You may be already working privately, or considering your next step, and want to do that in a way that feels supported, ethical, and sustainable.

Why Join Grey Matters Centre

Working With Grey Matters Centre

Practitioners working with Grey Matters Centre typically operate as independent professionals while benefitting from being part of a well-established centre with a strong reputation in the local community.

This allows therapists to maintain flexibility and autonomy while also working alongside other experienced professionals within a supportive clinical environment.

An informal conversation to explore whether we are a good fit for one another. You can discuss availability, preferred rooms and whether you wish to bring existing clients or receive referrals to centre.

If progressing, this meeting focuses on verification of documentation, policies and procedures to ensure everything is in place before you begin.

Future Opportunities

Alongside Grey Matters Centre, we are developing Grey Matters Integration – a calm, professionally held space for group work, training, and facilitated programmes embodied practices, and facilitated programmes that support nervous-system regulation and integration.

The space is designed for practitioners who offer structured, thoughtful work in a contained and emotionally safe way.

We welcome expressions of interest from trauma-informed facilitators offering:

This is not a therapy service, and the space is not intended for high-intensity, cathartic or un-contained work.

We are particularly interested in practitioners whose work aligns with a calm, grounded, and ethically held approach – where safety, pacing, and integration are prioritised.

When you have the right support, everything shifts. Your relationships. Your confidence. Your sense of whatโ€™s possible.
