Every colour has a purpose
Turquoise
We selected turquoise because it blends blue and green, bringing together the best qualities of both.
The blue represents tranquillity, trust and openness.
The green represents growth, stability, prosperity and a connection to nature.
Together they create a colour that feels soothing, balanced and reassuring.
White
White symbolises cleanliness, calm, simplicity, virtue and clarity.
It reflects the sense of safety, openness and fresh perspective we aim to offer in every session.
Grey
Grey represents wisdom, maturity, balance and steadiness. It’s also part of our name – Grey Matters – and mirrors our focus on supporting emotional wellbeing with compassion and thoughtfulness.
