Useful Contacts

*PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT A CRISIS SERVICE

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, it is important to reach out for immediate support and speak to someone who can help keep you safe.

A mental health crisis can feel overwhelming, frightening and deeply personal. What one person may find manageable may feel completely devastating for someone else. Every individualโ€™s experience is unique, and your feelings are valid. A crisis may involve intense anxiety or panic attacks, hallucinations, paranoia, sudden emotional distress, relapse of serious mental health condition, or thoughts of suicide or self-harm. Whatever you are feeling, support is available.

If you are safe but struggling, you are welcome to reach out to us for counselling. We offer non-urgent emotional support, a listening ear and a safe place to talk โ€“ but we cannot provide emergency or crisis intervention.
